Murray with over 25 years of experience under his belt is globally respected Project Controls professional for his authority on Construction scheduling practices. He currently heads ICS-Global, International Center for Scheduling, Inc, providing a wide variety of products and services of importance to construction Scheduling Practitioners, and their customers. He is also a author of : "Faster Construction Projects with CPM Scheduling (McGraw-Hill, 2007), the #2 construction scheduling book according to Amazon.com. In past he was associated with PMI - College of scheduling as Director of Scheduling Excellence Initiative. Murray is also a frequent lecturer and author on various scheduling topics along with creator of Momentum Management & Dilemma Forecasting.

 

Mark Cundiff

Mark has over 30 years of office & field experience in estimating, bidding and managing large commercial, heavy civil, industrial, power, marine government construction projects along with construction dispute resolution. He has reviewed, analyzed & reported on a broad range of construction projects located in the U.S., Europe and the Middle East. His assignments include being chosen to lead a team of engineers and schedulers from the Storebaelt West Bridge JV partners located in Amsterdam & Nyborg Denmark performing a schedule impact analysis on a 13,000+ activity CPM network w/ narration that served as the foundation of the Joint Venture's successful claim. Mark has also participated in settlement negotiations, mediation and testified as an expert witness in AAA arbitration, ICC arbitration on separate cases in London and Paris, U.S. State and Federal Court and the Pennsylvania State Court of Claims.

Mark is considered as expert in Forensic Services covering review and analysis of the contract, estimate & budget; earned value; resourcing; CPM baseline schedule, updates and as-built; scope modification(s); productivity & inefficiency, CPM schedule analysis and case mgmt incldg discovery, document control, data bases and demonstrative exhibits

 

Dr. Paul D. Giammalvo

Paul has over 35 years of experience and along with working with PTMC, is also an adjunct professor, Project and Program Management, at the SKEMA School of Business, Paris, France. www.skema.edu/en and develops and teaches graduate level curricula in Asset and Project Management for Western Australia University, Perth. www.blendedlearning.ecm.uwa.edu.au For 17+ years, he has been providing Project Management training and consulting throughout South and Eastern Asia, the Middle East and Europe. He is also active in the Global Project Management Community, serving as an Advocate for and on behalf of the global practitioner. He does so by playing an active professional role in the Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering International, (AACE); Construction Specifications Institute (CSI) and the Construction Management Association of America, (CMAA). Dr. Benjamin Adesola

Benjamin has over 15 years of experience with MSc in Computer Integrated Manufacturing and Phd in Knowledge Engineering & Management from Cranfield University, UK. During his academic career, benjamin has worked on various theories such as Research Knowledge Elicitation Tools and Techniques, eXpert Process knowledge Analysis Technique (XPAT), Knowledge Model for Managing Schedule Disturbance in Steelmaking, Knowledge Model with a Decision Support Tool using Gensym G2 Expert System software and a paper based Tool to capture and reuse expert knowledge. He has also successfully validated XPAT techniques and tool with case studies. He has worked with Shell on various cost and schedule assignments and current heads a research center dedicated to Applied Cost Engineering and its training.

Also experienced in route alignment design; preparation of technical specifications and detailed Project reports. He has worked at feasibility, tendering, pre and detailed engineering and construction stages of projects. Since past 21 years he is associated with with a leading engineering consultancy firms of India.

 

Steve Wake

Steve Wake is a management consultant, specialized in earned value project management. He provides advice, guidance, and training. He is the Chairman of the APM Earned Value Management Specific Interest Group and director of Steve Wake Projects, Ltd. He chairs, speaks, writes, and is an accomplished event organizer. He is seen as a UK expert and champion of the subject of earned value. He established reciprocity between the US ANSI EV Guideline and the UK APM Guideline.

Steve also chairs the APM SIG-Steering Group with oversight of all APM's SIG activity and strategy. He is a member of the APM Knowledge Directorate and participates on the APM Nominations committee. In 2009, he helped found the EVA-Europe initiative and chaired the first conference at CERN Geneva and he is a member of the core author group for the revision of the PMI Second Edition of the Practice Standard for Earned Value Management.
