Support an ongoing Earned Value Management effort while working in a completely integrated environment in which the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) is used for baseline and Estimate to Complete (ETC) maintenance.
Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for interfacing with various levels of Integrated Product Team (IPT) management and collaborating with the Program Management Team (PMT) to plan, create, monitor and analyze resource loaded network schedules for program schedule performance and related metrics.
Ensures that the Integrated Master Schedules (IMSs) once built are networked to perform Critical Path analysis and reconciliation.
Provide monthly status updates to the Integrated Master Schedule and coordinate with major suppliers to collect and deliver current schedule information.
This position schedules baseline management and controls as well as assisting in weekly/monthly variance analysis. Analyst will be required to support Schedule Risk Assessments (SRA) and demonstrate project execution using Pert Master or similar to software.
Play an integral part in assisting with proposal generation, costing, cost/schedule integration as well as program reviews.

Bachelors Degree required
Master’s Degree preferred
Experience & Education
5-8 years of experience in a related field
Knowledge and skills
Experience with Earned Value Principles
Experience using scheduling software such as MS Project, Open Plan or Primavera
Experience with Risk management and associated Software such as “Pert Master”
Experience with ACE, six sigma or a related operating system preferred
Able to work independently and execute with minimal direction.
Ability to understand product development from engineering through manufacturing is required with a strong emphasis on critical path management and risk management
Must be capable of proactively managing IMS analysis in order to make it a forward thinking management tool.
Will be asked to mentor, coach and teach new and inexperienced associates in both scheduling concepts and techniques.
