Nevertheless, I needed this "WBS ", for illustrative purpose only,which means to know what are those areas in a power plant and, for each major component "i.e.: Boiler,Steam Turbine,Coal pulverizer,coal transmission system,...,etc." what are the standard maintenance processes" dismantle,pull rack,take off insulation, re-insulate,...,etc"
Im also interested in getting feedback on best practices in tracking and monitoring turnaround jobs,
The application of P6 in turnaround jobs and how that is different from EPC ones as this is where I have my experience,
