Im facing a problem doing
the schedule update for a project. Im using SureTrak and when Im entering the % completion for
an activity its changing the
original durations of other activities. I made sure I havent check marked the "
link remaining duration and percent completion" option
but still.
Its weird because Its happening in certain activities only. Im able to successfully update most of the activities
w/o any change in original duration.
Check if that activity is a resource driven type or might be having a hard constraint. This cases usually affect the original duration during an update.
