Please, some help from the other Project Controls Professionals out there.
I would like some guidance/suggestions for any excellent books on Project Controls methodology and application.
I am in the mining/construction space, and am interested in all the project controls disciplines... cost control, planning and schedule, quality and risk management.
Your advice is greatly appreciated.
