Stainless steel welding rework

Does anyone have recent experience with the rate of rework for stainless steel piping? This is for 2-30" stainless steel on the Gulf Coast. The project is an LNG facility. Any thoughts appreciated. Thanks.

Welding for Stainless Steel will vary with the thickness. To make a new butt weld for 30" Stainless Steel Piping Schedule 5 it is 27 Man Hours per Estimating Manual. This does not include Support Crafts or Overhead Time just the welder and helper. If you know the thickness or Schedule of Pipe please be specific. For rework you may need to add the functions e.g. cutting, beveling etc. I am not sure the adder for rework. The welding function includes cutting, beveling, fitting, tack welding. welding, cleaning but excludes machining, preheating, grinding, stress releiving.
