Early Start and Early Finish - Primaver P6

Hi All,I am new to P6, I have an activity that has actual start and finish dates. When I added Early Start and Early Finish dates columns, I realized that the Early Start and Early Finish dates are same with my data date.For instance:Start 22-July -2012Finish 23-July 2012Early Start: 04 August 2012Early Finish: 04 August 2012Please can someone tell me why my early start and finish dates are same with my data date and what I shoud do to rectify the problem.Many Thanks,Faro

Hi, Faro As far as i know the Early start and early finish dates for the completed activities will be same as of Data date.Even previously u were having some other dates for early and finish start when the activity was not started it will chnge to Data date.
