I am trying to build a project schedule in P6 to represent the activities according to the responsibility matrix of a Division of Responsibilities (DOR) of a Consortium with another company.
The target is to be able to report the following:
The project phase (proposal, design, construction, etc.)
The Scope of Work (preliminary design, detailed design, supply, commissioning, etc.)
The activity
The responsible party
Preliminary Design Detailed Design Supply Commissioning

Any recommendations on how to define the OBS, the Resources and the Roles to report to the Consortium?
