The purpose of the Rolls‐Royce IMS Supplemental Guidance (SG) document is to describe the Rolls‐Royce
scheduling roles, architecture, and steps for building, using, maintaining, and analysing an Integrated Master
Schedule. This document describes the fundamental processes and business rules for any Rolls‐Royce IMS.
Because each programme is unique, refer to linked documents that describe and document the unique
characteristics of the programme. The linked documents should help any new programme team member to
quickly understand the overall programme scope, deliverables, major sections, phases, and customer‐driven
requirements and processes.
