Ishmael has developed customised earned value management systems (EVMS) including ‘S’ curves for various organisations working on both client/company/owner and contractors/subcontractors sites utilising various Oracle Primavera Suites and MS Project - project management tools. Work Breakdown Structure & Cost Break Down Structure (WBS/CBS) customization play a critical role in Ishmael’s schedules development to cater for CPM, recovery plans, what if scenarios and cost/resource loading and progress tracking and cashflow forecasting, claims and dispute resolutions through delay analysis and extension of time(EOT).
Ishmael has achieved integration and interfacing of ERP (SAP/Oracle Projects/Ellipse/Agresso) systems with Primavera Project Management through CBS&WBS mapping at their lowest hierarchical levels for labour, equipment/machinery and material costing rolling up to the programme/project level.
