Schedule Analyzer™ is a suite of programs to assist the Scheduler and Claims Analyst in performing difficult or impossible scheduling tasks. Schedule Analyzer Professional (SA Pro) works on P3 schedules and Schedule Analyzer for the Enterprise (SAe) works on Primavera P6 schedules.
PLEASE NOTE: There are two types of Schedule Analzyer, one that works with P3 and the other that works with P6 and Contractor. Although the features are the same, you must order the correct type of Schedule Analyzer to match your scheduling software.
The following modules are all included as a single package,
Baseline Checker will query your Baseline Primavera schedule and look for errors, inconsistencies, and problem areas. It will investigate 'hidden' rule settings and explain the ramifications of each. Baseline Checker will look for improper or suspicious activity and relationship coding and report each in easy-to-read reports. New is Active Reports that lets you jump from your report directly to the activity in your schedule.

Update Checker will query two schedules and analyze their similarities and differences. Update Checker tells you the story of what happened to the schedule during the update period in easy to read reports. Exclusive, 'high-level' reports are also produced which can give a quick and insightful overview to the schedule's progress. Claim Digger doesn't have Active Reports or any of the other of our "Smart Report" features.

Dashboard quickly analyzes your Baseline Checker or Update Checker report and presents a management-level overview. Review all errors, warnings, or cautions per report section. Review a quality appraisal of each report. Quickly jump to the dangerous issues and then jump directly to that activity in the schedule. Longest Path Software. Longest Path Value extends the Primavera P6 concept of a Longest Path for a few, select activities to an evaluation of the measure of Longest Path for every activity in your schedule.
Logic League is an extended relationship database system designed to extend the capabilities of your Primavera P3 and P6/Contractor Schedules. With Logic League, you can finally review and control your CPM logical relationships. Maintain scenarios, accelerate schedules, manipulate soft, resource preferential logic using Logic League.
Schedule Logger lists every Baseline Checker or Update Checker report finding for the entire project for each activity in your schedule. The P3 version inserts the findings as activity logs. The enterprise version employs an interactive outlining system allows you to jump directly to the report identified and even to the actual activity in P6.
Date Calculator computes the number of days between any two dates. A built-in calendar allows for workday calculations as well.

Investigator™ will research any P6 schedule to identify the hidden audit information what was added to the database beginning with P5.
Out-of-Sequence Report™ documents your schedule’s out-of-sequence progress in a way that helps you to begin monitoring and documenting your delays and disruptions. We think that is illistrative to show you what P3, P6 and our Out-of-Sequence Report would look like for the same activity.
The best part of this analysis is the final statistics section where we compare the number of activities that started out-of-sequence to the total of started activities. We also present the average period of this early start. If a significant portion of the work started earlier than the schedule allowed and if this early start was of a significant amount of time, then one can reasonably assume that the schedule did not adequately describe the actual workplan. Can you think of a better, simpler way to present this argument than this?
